1. About FeelFlow Radio

FeelFlow Radio is owned and operated by Ardilogi (VAT no. DK39410842). For anything concerning your subscription, payment, cancellation or technical matters, write to kontakt@feelflowradio.com .

These terms apply to all use of FeelFlow Radio, whether you use the service as a private individual or as a business.

2. What you get access to

FeelFlow Radio delivers music generated by artificial intelligence. Every track is created for the occasion — no existing recordings, compositions or lyrics are used.

Music is streamed and cannot be downloaded. Access is personal for private customers and tied to one location for business customers.

You can play on 2 devices at the same time. If your business needs more, the limit can be raised by agreement.

2.1 Copyright and licence

Music delivered through FeelFlow Radio is 100% AI-generated using an AI music service. The music is created digitally through artificial intelligence based on selected musical parameters such as genres, moods, musical expressions and other inputs to the generation process.

FeelFlow Radio holds paid commercial access to the AI music service used, and has the commercial usage rights required to use, distribute and offer the generated music through FeelFlow Radio's services.

When a customer buys access to music through FeelFlow Radio, the customer receives a limited licence to play the music in accordance with the agreement chosen. The licence may include public playback in shops, businesses, commercial premises and other commercial environments.

The customer does not obtain ownership of the music and may not copy it, download it for redistribution, resell it, publish it or otherwise exploit it outside the agreed use.

FeelFlow Radio retains the right to administer, deliver and licence the music through the commercial rights the company has acquired.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 Private

Standard costs 99 kr per month including VAT and gives you 5 hours of listening per day. Unlimited costs 199 kr per month including VAT.

Payment is charged quarterly in advance to the payment card you provide. That means 297 kr for Standard and 597 kr for Unlimited per charge.

These prices include VAT. Nothing is added at checkout — the amount shown is the amount charged.

3.2 Business

The price is 349 kr per month excluding VAT for premises up to 240 m². Above that, 1 kr per m² applies. The price covers one location.

Business prices are stated excluding VAT. Danish VAT of 25% is added at checkout, so a location of 240 m² is charged 1309 kr per quarter.

Business subscriptions are charged quarterly in advance. An invoice is issued for each period and can be downloaded from your account. You can pay by card, in which case the subscription renews automatically, or by bank transfer by arrangement.

You state the floor area yourself. If the area stated is smaller than the actual area, we may adjust the price retroactively from the date the subscription started.

3.3 Relocation and changed floor area

If your company's address changes in the Danish business register, we will contact you. You have 7 days to state the new floor area and pay any difference. If that does not happen, access may be suspended until the matter is settled.

4. Listening limits and breaks

Every plan has a daily listening limit. The day runs from 3:00 to 3:00 in your local time, not from midnight — so an evening of listening is not cut in half.

4.1 Personal plans

Standard includes 5 hours of listening per day. Unlimited includes 14 hours per day.

On Unlimited, music pauses for 60 minutes after 4 hours of continuous playback. Pressing pause yourself does not reset that count — only a completed break does.

The break exists because personal plans are priced for personal use. Four hours of unbroken music is a lot in a home; in a shop it is an ordinary morning. Without it, a business could run a personal plan all day and avoid the commercial licence that pays for it.

4.2 Business plans

Business accounts have no break. Music plays uninterrupted for up to 18 hours per day — enough to cover any opening hours. The limit is there to catch a system left running after closing time, not to restrict use.

4.3 Shared use

Access may not be shared with other businesses or used at more addresses than the one the subscription was created for. A personal plan may not be used as background music in a business.

Each account can play on up to 2 devices at the same time.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term and no notice period.

When you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the period you have paid for. Amounts for a period already started are not refunded.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a private consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement, counted from the day you create the subscription.

If you start using the service within those 14 days, you consent to delivery beginning and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery is complete.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

7. If a payment fails

If a payment does not go through, you will be notified by email and see a notice when you sign in. The music keeps playing for the rest of the period.

If the amount is still unpaid when the period ends, access is suspended until payment is completed.

8. Operation and availability

We aim to keep the service available around the clock, but cannot guarantee it. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults or circumstances at our suppliers.

In the event of prolonged interruptions caused by circumstances on our side, you may receive a proportionate reduction in the subscription price. We do not compensate for operating losses, lost revenue or other indirect losses.

9. Personal data

We process the information necessary to deliver the service: your email address, your music preferences and your usage. For business customers, also company details from the Danish business register.

Heart rate data is processed solely in your browser and is not stored by us.

Card details are handled by our payment provider. We do not store them ourselves.

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by writing to kontakt@feelflowradio.com .

10. Changes to terms and prices

We may change these terms and our prices. Significant changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

If you disagree with a change, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, write to kontakt@feelflowradio.com . We will respond as soon as we can.

As a private consumer in Denmark you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, through naevneneshus.dk .

Disputes are settled under Danish law before the Danish courts.
